The following changes have been made to the Authenticate platform which are planned for release, week 4, April 2022.

Assessment

When an assessment is sent for supplier review the email sent has been updated to only contact the selected recipients and not the user which completed the assessment

We have also improved the loading time for the question details page by making the question menu on the right side collapse by default.

Supplier Manager

A stepper has been introduced when building a new supplier list to help guide users through this process to add their suppliers

The 'add suppliers' step now allows all users to search  from the directory or the supply chain to find companies

This has replaced the previous 'search' box shown on the list page when adding more suppliers to an existing list

While saving, there is a validation alert that prompts the user to confirm if no contact is selected for any of the site

A confirmation step shows added details and prompts for other action

This will be used to updated in future sprints to allow direct viewing of associated areas directly after creating the list and adding suppliers
We have also added pagination to all supplier list pages to remove the previous scroll loading of data which which not retained when switching between the different page tabs and made it hard to navigate the data

We have also made other small improvements to this area in preparation for larger changes in the near future:

  • Split 'map' view into its own tab
  • Updated the list ordered to display by company name then by site name for consistency
  • Updated sub navigation options to only show when on an associated tab to simplify
  • Removed 'add supplier' functionality when editing a lists details. Adding suppliers is now done as its own action by clicking to 'add suppliers' from the list
  • Added new list types to allow showing of additional ESG / Approval information based on membership plan --> wip

Supply Chain Mapping

Users can now manage supplier site status/risk from the chain of custody list

We have also updated the supply chain flow to allow users to see declared suppliers and understand the movement of their self-declared products

Labels have also been updated when selecting to request a product specification when sending product requests and toggling the visibility of ‘Supply Chain Origins’ to make these actions clearer

Certification

We have added the ability for enterprise members to receive an email on a scheduled basis about certificate issues for a supplier sites in their supply chain.

This alert can be configured when managing a user's preferences to received daily or weekly updates

Issues will be shown for sites linked in a users network (mapped or declared) when a certificate is suspended / withdrawn / expired (last 7 days) / expiring (next 14 days)
