The following changes have been made to the Authenticate platform


Assessment

The journey to accept a self-assessment request has been updated.

Rather than forcing users to accept / reject based on the assessment name from the homepage task, users

are now taken to the assessment details page so they can see information about the assessment and the associated questions before responding



Document Requests


The interface for a supplier to respond to a document request has been updated to remove possible issues 


This includes;

  • updating the layout out of the request details to prevent truncation, preventing viewing of the full details 
  • updating the response buttons to prevent them moving outside the layout which made it harder to interact and respond on smaller devices




Supply Chain


The display when editing supplier risk / status has been updated to remove the row of buttons

This has been replaced with a select field which is more user friendly. This update has also been made on the supplier list area


KPIs


A message has been added if users try to score an incomplete KPI period to reduce incomplete data being supplied for an open scoring period


An update has also been applied to prevent KPI which could only be scored by the customer / supplier from showing in the 'to score' list for the associated party. When the period was selected, no KPIs were available to score (correctly) which was misleading



Supplier Lists

As part of the larger on going changes to the supplier lists area the following updates have been made:

  • Added skeleton loaders to replace the old spinning loaders
  • Add ability to to filter a supplier list tabs details by company / site name
  • Added a overview for each site in the list showing the associate details including; site address, site approval, category, function, certification, assessments, documents, ESG results... (list configuration dependent)
  • Added supplier ESG tab to allow viewing of ESG results for each site list
  • Added site overview from the map to show site details including; site location, certification and ESG details


When adding new suppliers to a list

  • A preview has ben added to allow viewing of a company before selecting to ensure the right supplier is picked
  • Preview allows new sites to be added to a non-member companies when previewing
  • Added functionality to create a new company when adding suppliers
  • Removed additional filters when searching by the directory to just allow a name search



Fixes and Improvements


The following additional changes have also been made as part of this release:


Assessments


  • Updated logic to create a notification for both the assessing company and the assessed supplier when a self-assessment is completed (this previously notified just the supplier)


Reporting Dashboards


  • Improved performance loading dashboard pages and validating intial access


Specification


  • Updating specification listings page display to show the requested product details set by the customer in place of the supplier product details 
  • Updated display of specification review page to remove duplicated product name / reference details in the headers to make the customer details more prominant
  • Updating validation when requesting new specifications as part of a product link request to allow requests to be sent which are due on the same day (previously validation was requiring the due date to after today)
  • Resolved tasks when an approved specification was opened for changes then closed with no changes made


Supply Chain


  • Updating mapping progress to reflect category filters applied for 'mapped' / 'approved' counts
  • Updted logic to archive product mapping tasks when product links are removed


Site Actions


  • Fixed issue loading internal sites to associate to an incident / non-conformance to allow selection


Supplier Lists


  • Fixed issue preventing users from viewing the additional list tab details for lists they didn't create


Users


  • Update field name when editing linked user roles to prevent roles from being incorrectly removed
