The following changes have been made to the Authenticate platform


Product Quality Recordings

A new feature has been added to allow Product Quality information to be recorded against supplier products


Users with this feature can manage recording details by viewing a products supply chain, selecting a directly supplied raw material in the tree then clicking the 'Quality Records' tab


This will display any existing recordings added to the product and allow new recordings to be created



When adding a new recording, users can enter basic delivery details along with files and an overall status

If further details are required, recordings can be assigned to a user to complete which will create a task

Product recordings will be expanded in the near future to:

- create a listings page displaying all recordings to allow quick searching and adding (Q2)
- defined and score quality metrics for recordings (Q3 tbc)

Fixes and Improvements


The following additional changes have also been made as part of this release:


Assessments


  • Added button to 'delete' a self-assessment which has rejected by the supplier when viewing the details
  • Increased the minimum height of the 'site select' card when sending assessments to make the user select easier to use when selecting an individual site
  • Added a default 're-issue' date for continuous assessments if this has not been set when completed. The re-issue date is then displayed on the 'complete' page to allow updates to be made


Assessments API


New end points have been added to the assessment API to allow AIS to import assessments in a standardized format 
  • Add / update option answer
  • Add / update text answer
  • Add / update attachments
  • Add / update comments
  • Add / update observations
  • Add / update corrective actions
  • Snapshot results if a completed assessment is imported


Company / Site


  • Fixed issue showing company logo when editing profile information


Documents


  • Fixed issue preventing existing requests from being archived


General


  • Update sub navigation and tabs to work on a mobile device


Products


  • Fixed issue preventing drag and drop move of a product category into an empty root category


Specification


  • Updated logic to allow the supplier to export details of a completed specification (previous only the requesting customer could access the export functionality)
  • Fixed issue displaying image fields added to a specification as part of the 'additional notes' section


Users


  • Preventing saving of duplciate email addresses when editing user details
