The following changes have been made to the Authenticate platform

ESG Comparison Report Range


The ESG comparison report can now be viewed by 'Current reporting period' or 'Rolling 12 months'


Current reporting period compare results against all ESG assessments completed in the same reporting period (This is still ongoing for the first set of results). Results will change as more assessments are completed throughout the year


Rolling 12 months compare results against all assessments completed within the previous 12 months. Results for this selection are static and will not change when viewed throughout the year




Specifications - Allergens



When creating a specification template and including 'allergen data', users can now select which individual allergens to include

When completing a specification, only allergens which are selected as 'required' for the template will be shown to enter details for

Additional allergens have been added to the 'Gluten' and 'Intolerance's & Dietary Preferences' sections to allow further details to be captured


Specification - Storage


Storage 'Temperature' fields for min / max ranges ie. 'Minimum / Minimum Delivery / Transport Temperature' have been split into independent fields to all data to be validated


Specification - Numeric Validation



Validation has been updated on all 'numeric' fields to require a number value. Numbers can include standard numeric characters ie '-' = minus, ',' = comma, '.' = decimal point'

In the nutritional section (only), numeric values can also include '<>' a single chevron character to indicate less than or greater than values ie . < 0.1 (g)



Fixes and Improvements


The following additional changes have also been made as part of this release:


Assessments


  • Fixed setting of requesting company on self-assessment completion tasks once a self-assessment request is accepted to allow the task to be shown on the 'task outbox'
  • Added header / footer details to ESG comparison report exports and fixed issue with data been cropped when exporting from small devices
  • Improved performance getting assessment s via the api


Document Requests


  • Added loader when updating document request version for existing sent requests to prevent this been clicked many times and creating duplicates


Specifications


  • Added 'days' metrics to some existing storage fields where this was not present
  • Added ability to archive specifications which have had a version submitted


User


  • Fixed issue resolving prospective users task once a new users is approved / denied
