The following changes have been made to the Authenticate platform
Specification Data Copy
When a user responds to a specification request and clicks to 'accept', if they have previously completed any specifications they now have the option to 'copy' data If there are any previously completed specifications, users will have the option to 'start a new specification' or select an existing one to 'copy' from. If there are no specifications to copy from, a new specification will be created, applying any associated data as current When selecting an individual specification to 'copy', users can select individual sections (existing in both the original specification and the new request) to copy Once submitted, any sections which are not selected, will have details for any associated data sets applied Where a request is set to apply 'variations', the parent variations will be applied regardless of existing data been copied for this section |
Assessment Scheduler Self Raising
When requesting dates from a supplier to perform an assessment, an optional attachment can now be added Once the site response is received, an assessment can now be raised directly from the response. A proposal can still be requested from a third party to complete the assessment at this stage if this is required |
Non Conformance Sub Types
When creating site non-conformance's, users can now select new types and add associated sub-types based on the type selection Once a non-conformance has been created, the assignee's set to manage the non-conformance can now be edited to pass ownership to other users to allow completion |
