We have improved the adding and display of 'Private Documents' (formally notes) against products to allow:

 - Multiple documents to be quickly added

 - Display of all existing 'Private Documents'

 - Previewing of documents inline

 - Edit and removal of private documents

Any documents added are private to the uploading company. We will be expanding this functionality in the coming sprints to allow adding of private documents against supplier products

A number of changes have been made to the supplier lists area in preparation for a larger release in the near future, this includes:

- Added filter by 'country' and country flag display

- Updated loading of contacts when adding many sites to a list to remove waiting times

- Updated supplier search to not restrict results to 250 when searching by supply chain

- Updated supplier ESG requesting to create tasks to share or complete the ESG assessment based on the current status

• Users can now select to view reports & results for previous versions of their company's ESG assessment once they have completed more than one instance of the assessment
• Fixed issue where supplier previously requested to share ESG results were not been shown as 'Requested'
• Prevented duplicate results to complete an ESG assessment being created when request are sent many time

• Fixed error viewing a document request where the recipient was no longer accessible by the viewing company

• Improved performance loading products in the catalogue to handle categories with thousands of line

• Prevented duplicated tasks been created when transferring non-conformance's
• Fixed issue to allow site actions which are ‘awaiting review’ when clicking the header count links

• Fixed issue submitting a specification with no ingredient country of origin when populating the version meta data
• Fixed issue when submitting a specification for review after previous version has been viewed
• Updated calculations and guidance used to create packaging volumes
• Added 'clear' icon to the sub ingredient origin filter when searching specifications
• Added icon to display if a specification returned in the search results s an approved or un-approved version

• Fixed issue where task were not showing as previously 'reminded' when applying some filters
