The following changes have been made to the Authenticate platform

Products

Too many product requests to respond to? You can now save time by Bulk Accepting product requests. From your 'Product Catalogue' you'll find a new dropdown called 'Bulk Manage Requests' in the sub-navigation at the top of the page. Within this dropdown you see the option 'Accepting'. We've also moved the ability to bulk 'Mapping' products here as well.

When a link is accepted: If a product already exists in the company's product catalogue with the same name and reference, the existing product will be linked to the request If no matching product exists, a new product will be created with the name, reference, and selected site(s) and added to the selected category Any matching product request from the same customer will be resolved by linking to the same product Any associated task will be created to prompt product mapping or a specification to be completed

ESG Assessment - Completed Email

• Update logic to pull through 'origins' declared by a supplier and set to allow customer viewing
  

Site Actions

• Fixed  display of the 'Completed by' company name when viewing a non-conformance which had been uploaded

• Fixed display of the 'shared by' company name on the listings page which could show as 'undefined' in some instances

• Fixed issue with product safety ingredient data being removed if ingredients were edited after the safety data was added

Supplier Manager

• Added sort to ESG supplier lists
