The following changes have been made to the Authenticate platform
Emails
As outlined in our last release notes we've been busy updating all our emails to give them a fresh new look and feel for consistency.
To Improve the visibility of tasks and reduce the number of emails sent, we have created a single email which incorporates ALL the different tasks from the Authenticate platform into an all-encompassing email.
Emails are sent once an hour for any NEW and incomplete tasks created since the last run. ie. A request to complete an assessment
Task which are sent to a specific user will only notified that individual
Generic tasks sent to the whole company will be notified to all 'visible' users for the 'requesting company' which are opted in to recieve 'generic' task emails (see below)
User Email Preferences
You can now manage your email preferences.
The new options can be found within your user profile, under 'Manage Notification Settings':
The option to 'opt out' of notifications for customer task emails can only be managed by 'enterprise' users currently
Supplier ESGnius
Despite this being a new area we've made some improvements to Supplier ESG when creating supplier lists:
Updated contact selection when bulk-sending ESG requests
Updated step 3 when creating a new list to allow the user to request assessments
Added display of companies with no contact when sending bulk requests
