The following changes have been made to the Authenticate platform

ESGnius - Country Risk

We have implemented a new and improved map & country risk for supplier ESG.
Users can now see their supplier by risk, drill into a country to see the associated site and then explore the E | S | G data which make up the risk rating

We have also taken this oppurtunity to imporve the supplier list, site overview screens so data is easier to view and manage

Certification

A New MSC Automated certification scheme has now been added.
This was previously only available to add as a manual certificate

Help and Guidance

We have added links on the homepage and in the left-hand navigation to the help and guidance on our new knowledge portal. We will be exoanding this over the coming weeks to add more documents to help users manage their data

New Weekly Reminder Email for Outstanding Tasks

We've continued work on our emails following the new all-in-one email for New tasks.

We have now created a combined weekly email to highlight outstanding tasks for users which still require a response.
This email aims to improve completion rates for tasks which haven't been completed after the intial email prompt when the task was originally raised and reduce the need for manual task reminders to be sent

Minor Bug Fixes and Improvements

• Fixed journey to prevent a display issue with counts when creating a new ESG list and not adding suppliers

• Fixed issue preventing ‘document requests' which had responses from being deleted

• Fixed issue preventing deletion of a specifiation data set with ‘variants’
