The following changes have been made to the Authenticate platform

Assessments

  • The status counts for sent assessment have been split to show counts for the individual 'in review' statuses to allow users to distinguish from assessments awaiting assessor review vs awaiting a supplier 'site action'
  • A link has been added to filter the ‘sent assessments’ listings page to assessments assigned to the session user 
  • When filters are applied a ‘reset filters’ link will appear to quickly remove the applied filters


KPIs

  • Updated KPI scoring download to now order data by supplier site name


Locations Report 

  • Results can now be exported to Excel after viewing report results in the UI
  • There are now separate columns for country and region on the Excel export to allow data to be filtered more easily
  • An issue with export headers not aligning to the data has been resolved


Specifications

  • Updated validation on 'pack format' fields to require a numeric response

*Coming Soon* - Supplier Workflows

  • This release we've also been working hard on setting up the groundwork for a new feature called Supplier Workflows.

    This feature will allow you to set predefined requirements such as Assessments or Documents as part of an automated workflow. Supplier will then be automatically sent the requirments complete as they complete each step, i.e. as part of an on boarding process. Watch this space...!
