The following changes have been made to the Authenticate platform

WorkFlows - NEW

We have been working hard on developing a brand new feature, 'Workflows'

A workflow allows a company to define and manage a series of requirements such as assessments, document requests, completion of the authenticate ESG assessment or when specific notes have been added to a company/site.

Once created, suppliers can then be added to the workflow to automatically request data for each step.
When a step is completed, details for the next step are then sent to streamline and ensure collection of all data

Company Profile

• We've updated the company profile to make it clearer when details are being viewed for an individual site:

Assessments

• Reference and reason have been added to the site assessment pdf export.
• When viewing the details of an assessment corrective action as the company which created the action, we have added a link to allow you to view the assessment question.

Product Catalogue

• We've updated the display to show a search box when viewing products in a category with more than 1 page of results (250+ products). Categories with only one page of results still show the on-page filter.

Supply Chain

• Based on user feedback we've renamed our concept of 'Raw Material' to 'Supplier Product' as this seems to make more sense.

Site Actions - Non-Conformances

• We've added the ability to view the status history of a non-conformance which shows the following:

  • Status

  • Date

  • User Name 

  • Comments

Specifications

•  We've added functionality to export specification version data to Excel which includes the following data

  • Packaging Details

  • Packaging Components

  • Packaging Accreditation's

  • Nutritional Details

Minor Bugs and Fixes

• Fixed issue showing the company name on task reminders emails sent from the task outbox
