If you are experiencing issues logging on there are a few things to try:


1. Check you are using the correct username and password - It sounds silly but mistakes can happen... Ensure you are using either your username or email address associated with your Authenticate account. 


If you can't remember your password please use the 'Forgotten your username or password?' link on the login page. If you don't receive the reset password email or you think your account might be locked then please contact us.



2. Restarting your browser - This should be the first thing to try should you have issues logging on. Especially if you use multiple tabs/windows open, closing them all down and starting with a fresh window can resolve some issues.



3. Clearing your browser cookies - The following instructions are for Chrome but the process is similar for other browsers:


Click on the padlock icon in the address bar and select 'Manage cookies and site data.


Click on both bin icons for authenticate and select 'Done' 


You will then need to reload/refresh the page before trying again to log in.



4. Check that you are using the correct link - Sometimes if we have saved bookmarks or when we start typing in the browser we can select old URLs that are no longer valid. 


Try logging on using the following link https://platform.authenticateis.com/ 



5. Contact Us - Finally if you still can't log on after trying the above points please get in touch with us so that we can help you get logged in.

  • A full screenshot - please take a screenshot of the full browser display including the address bar.
  • Copy and paste the URL from the address bar.
  • The name of the browser you are using i.e. Chrome
