Introduction

Viewing/Accepting KPI Request

When a customer sends your a KPI request, you will be notified via email and a task will appear on your Authenticate homepage.

The first step is to 'view' the request

Once you have opened the request, you can now choose to accept and share. This allows your customer to view the KPI metrics once you start entering data.

The next step now is to score your KPIs.

The next step, after you click 'Score KPIs' is to select which date period you are wanting to score your KPIs for. It is possible you may have only one period to score, or you may have multiples depending on the first score date that your customer has applied.

Once you have selected which period you would like to score, you can now work your way through entering the data for each metric. It will be indicated to you, which format your response needs to take (number, % etc.)

If you are unable to score all of the metrics, or it is not relevant to you, you can click 'Do not Score'. Equally, if you do not have all the metrics you need to hand, you can click 'Score later'. Once you have filled in all metrics, you can either now 'submit and finish' or choose to move onto scoring the next period if you had more than one to fill out.

As soon as all available metrics have been scored this will what your page will look like.
