What's New

Certificate Expiration Reminders

  • Proactive Certificate Management
    The platform now automatically reminds you when certificates are approaching expiration through tasks displayed on your homepage. Reminders begin 7 days before the expiration date and apply to all certificate types including automatic, global, and customer certifications. This helps ensure continuous compliance and reduces the risk of expired certifications.

Improvements & Enhancements

Supply Chain Module

  • Improved Mapping Visibility
    The Supply Chain module now provides clearer alerts when the same product appears multiple times within your supply chain, visible in both tree view and list formats. This helps prevent duplicate mappings and improves data accuracy.
  • Location Data Handling
    When creating new company records, the system now applies default latitude and longitude coordinates if the supplied address cannot be geocoded, ensuring consistent location data across your supply chain.

Specifications Module

  • Expanded Product Safety Section - We've added new specification sections to capture critical product safety controls:
    • Time & Temperature Controls
    • Maturation / Peeling Optimization Controls
    • Post Cook Brine Controls
    • Weight Controls
  • Enhanced Workflow & Navigation
    • Improved approval button display logic - the 'Approve' button now appears automatically when all associated actions are closed
    • Added direct links to Supply Chain from specification products when reviewing specifications, streamlining navigation between related data

Document Management

  • Dynamic Task Updates
    Tasks are now automatically updated when document request assignees are changed, ensuring task ownership remains accurate and current.

ESG Module

  • Clearer Section Headers
    ESG section headers now display descriptive section names rather than generic "current" labels, improving navigation and clarity when working with ESG data.

Workflow Management

  • Increased Display Capacity
    Workflow listing pages now display up to 50 workflows, improving visibility and reducing the need for pagination.

Performance & Stability

API Rate Limiting

We've implemented rate limiting on key API endpoints to enhance platform stability and performance. The following modules now have optimized call restrictions:

  • Certification
  • Documents
  • Reporting
  • Site Actions
  • Specifications
  • Workflows

This ensures consistent performance during peak usage periods while maintaining responsive access for all users.

Fixes

Data Management

  • Resolved an issue where functions and classifications were not populating correctly in supplier exports
  • Fixed field retention issue in non-conformance recipient fields that was preserving previous values on subsequent entries

Assessment Module

  • Improved filter scroll functionality in status pop-up windows
  • Eliminated page jumping behavior when saving multiple assessment options

General Improvements

  • Various minor fixes and enhancements to improve overall platform stability and user experience
