Click the Help icon in your navigation menu to access the new Help & Guidance page. Each card takes you directly to the relevant resource in our support portal, opening in a new tab so you never lose your place in the platform.automatically, showing "Yes" for approved Tier 1 items, "No" for unapproved Tier 1 items, and blank for other tiers.

Supply Chain Approval Status in Supplier Product Reports

Why this matters:
Tracking which products have fully approved supply chains used to require manual verification across multiple screens. Now you can see approval status at a glance when reviewing your supplier product data, making compliance checks significantly faster.

What you can do:

  • Export supplier product reports with a new "Supply Chain Approved" column
  • Instantly identify which Tier 1 products have approved raw materials in their supply chain
  • Filter and sort by approval status to prioritize compliance reviews
  • Share approval status with stakeholders without additional documentation
Getting started:
Navigate to your Supplier Product report and export as usual. The new "Supply Chain Approved" column appears automatically, showing "Yes" for approved Tier 1 items, "No" for unapproved Tier 1 items, and blank for other tiers.

Overdue Task Alerts on Dashboard

Why this matters:
When tasks pile up, it's easy to miss critical deadlines. Visual priority indicators ensure you always know which tasks need immediate attention, helping you stay compliant and maintain strong supplier relationships.

What you can do:

  • See yellow warning triangles for tasks due today or one day overdue
  • See red exclamation icons for tasks more than one day overdue
  • Sort tasks by urgency with new "Most Urgent Due Date" and "Least Urgent Due Date" options
  • Quickly identify and tackle your most critical overdue work first
Use case:
If you're managing multiple supplier audits with varying deadlines, the dashboard now highlights which assessments are at risk of missing their due dates. Tasks with no due date appear at the bottom of the "Most Urgent" sort, so time-sensitive work always rises to the top.
